 We, Foshan Unipower Electronic Co., Ltd. always regards ‘Quality & Customer’ as our first tenet. We are trying every of our efforts to reduce the percentage of RMA and our target is to provide the most qualified products to our customers.
We fully understand the life of the products means everything to the customers. During the 5 years of operating and researching repeatly, we finally find out an useful way of our Quality Control System (Please see the below picture).
We can divide the whole thing into three parts, they are: Before purchasing, in manufacturing (including inspection & testing) and after sales.
In our whole development of our Quality Control System, generally we came through six stages.
1. Stage of operator control: the products quality is controlled only by the operator.
2. Stage of production manager control: the production manager controls the products quality of the whole factory.
3. Stage of inspector control: We set up QCs in the factory who were in charge of quality control.
4. Stage of Statistic control: We can see the quality condition through the daily numbers collection. We broke new ground in the field of quality control due to this.
5. Stage of the whole-manufacturing-process quality control system (TQC).
6. Stage of everybody takes part in quality control system (CWQC).
We can see from the above data that we had a growth on the aspect of our quality control system. Now the system becomes more useful and efficient to our daily manufacturing.
